Leveller for the acid copper bath RALU®PLATE CL 1000 is an aqueous solution of aminic polymers with aromatic groups. In the acid copper bath it serves as a very effective leveller for the high and medium current densities. RALU®PLATE CL 1000 is used is baths for decorative and electronic part. RALU®PLATE CL 1000 can be combined with polyethylene glycols, non ionic surfactants, sulphur compounds and other aminic polymers. |
