RASCHIG GMBH and its parent company PMC GLOBAL INC. announce the acquisition of JAEGER PRODUCTS INC. a Houston Texas based company, which is active in the Mass Transfer and Environmental Business.

This strategic acquisition combining RASCHIG and JAEGER into one larger group gives a great advantage to our customers giving them access to the products of both entities in Europe, The Americas and also in other parts of the world.

RASCHIG and JAEGER have manufacturing facilities for their products in Germany, the US and Mexico.

The portfolio of this new alliance includes proven superior mass transfer products such as
- conventional random packing as well as the most efficient packing type, the Raschig Super-Ring®
- structured packing including high performance products such as Raschig Super-Pak®
- state of the art and innovative tower internals in a variety of materials
- conventional and high performance mass transfer trays
- reactor internals

as well as products for the environmental business
- conventional and high performance plastic random packing including Hacketten® and Jaeger Tri-Packs®
- standard and high performance plastic structured packing
